In celebration of both National Library Week and National Poetry Month, local poet and member of Warren Artists Market Thomas Park will lead the community in reading works of poetry – original works or classics. This is an extraordinary occasion to celebrate the importance of poetry over the ages, from Sheppard songs to the digital age. It is also time to celebrate the influence of poetry and the poets in our culture and community while celebrating free speech, imagination, nature, and the things that make our home special.
